Finnick Odair is something of a living legend in Panem. Since he won the Sixty-fifth Hunger Games when he was only fourteen, he’s still one of the youngest victors. Being from District 4, he was a Career, so the odds were already in his favor, but what no trainer could claim to have given him was his extraordinary beauty. Tall, athletic, with golden skin and bronze-colored hair and those incredible eyes.

Ever since Finnick Odair won the Hunger Games, he's been a star all over Panem, a dystopian post-apocalyptic North America. As a victor and mentor, he's a very public, very prominent fixture of every year's Hunger Games. He's most famous, however, as a playboy, known for his beauty and the frequency and inconstancy of his affections.

The truth is much darker.

Finnick is 24 years old. He's stunningly beautiful, and he knows it. He stands 5' 11" and his athletic frame weighs in at around 180 lbs. His sea-green eyes are famous all over Panem. He speaks with something like a hybrid Texan-Mexican accent, distinctive and unusual, but faded after years of modulating it for the Capitol.
